Key Requirements:

• Accounting Degree/National Diploma or relevant
• 2-4 years Financial Accounting experience
• Very Good understanding of Financial Legislations and IFRS
• Experience in the Financial Accounting Systems (SAGE/PASTEL/SAP or related)
• Member of Grace Bible Church & completed Leadership 101

Key Performance Areas:

• Creditors Control, maintenance, and management.
• Revenue Management
• Fixed Assets Management
• Cashbook – Bank reconciliations.
• General Ledger Reconciliations & Trial Balance
• Monthly Stock adjustments & reconciliations
• Monthly Journal processing.

• Monthly management accounts.
• Assist with preparation of the Annual Financial Statements Schedules
• Assist with improvement of Finance Policies and Internal Control Systems
• Assist with Audit preparations

Core Competencies:


• Knowledge of the Accounting Policies & Principles
• Knowledge of relevant Financial Legislation & Reporting Standards (Companies Act and IFRS)
• Knowledge of Banking Investment Rules and Regulations
• Knowledge of the Financial Accounting & Information Systems – SAGE/PASTEL/SAP or related
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
